Where olives become liquid gold. I have never been to an olive farm nor have I seen how olives are milled. This was my first. We came to grab a bite at their eatery and ended up exploring a bit of the place. Queen Creek Olive Mill offers an Olive Oil 101 tour. You can purchase tour tickets at the counter to explore the mill. That day, there was a tour group learning about olive oil production, which seemed very informative. The venue has outdoor event spaces perfect for gatherings. It's so lushly green that you might wonder if you're really in the desert. One thing that caught my attention was the Old Stone Mill displayed in their garden. It's great that they have preserved it and put it on display. They also sell bundled olive wood. Their outdoor area has a bocce court (honestly, I don't know how to play it). If you haven't visited yet, it's worth checking out.

I am visiting Arizona for the week and my friend recommended the Olive Mill for its incredible vibe and delicious food. When we arrived, there was live music, a lot of outdoor seating, and misters + fans to keep us cool in the Arizona heat. This is the type of place where you place your order at the counter and then take a seat. I ordered the linguine and meatballs which was incredible. I loved the tangy taste of the sauce, the meatballs literally melted in your mouth, and the pasta was al dente (my favorite)! My friend ordered a chicken lemon fettuccini which was also incredible and not too tart considering sometimes adding lemon to things can cause it to be a little acidic. We then got some gelato and it was to die for. I would definitely recommend coming to the Olive Mill for some delicious food and outdoor exploring!

Our first time here and we were not disappointed!! We enjoyed the live music and there are plenty of misters and a big cooler so it doesn't even seem hot out during a summer night! We enjoyed sampling the olive oils and sauces and bought a few! The food and the lemonade were delicious!! We will definitely be coming back and bringing the pups next time!
